In early August, some members of Jord International’s Energy department gathered in Malaysia to connect, align, and focus on the priorities that will shape our future in energy. The event commenced with a safety briefing and a guided tour of our Malaysia fabrication facility, providing Jord team members from around the globe with a firsthand look at where some of our equipment is manufactured.

The day continued with presentations on recent facility improvements, efficiency initiatives, and key plant updates, ensuring the team is aligned on the progress so far and what’s ahead. In the days that followed, presentations on strategic project updates, market analysis, and our key targets and future focus areas were shared. The team also enjoyed team-building games and activities on the beach.

This conference was a great reminder of what makes Jord such a collaborative place to work. With colleagues joining from across our global network, moments like these are invaluable for strengthening relationships, building trust, and fostering the kind of teamwork that carries into our everyday.
