What is the Hotline?

The hotline is a secure way to report suspected misconduct. This includes:

  • Fraud, theft, or financial corruption
  • Workplace harassment, discrimination, or bullying
  • Safety violations or environmental hazards
  • Conflicts of interest or policy breaches

How It Works

  • Available 24/7: You can reach the service at any time.
  • Completely Confidential: Your identity is protected.
  • Anonymous Options: You can choose to make a report without giving your name, if you prefer.

Our Zero-Retaliation Promise

We strictly prohibit any form of retaliation against anyone who reports a concern in good faith. Speaking up takes courage. If you report an issue or take part in an investigation, your job and well-being are protected.

What happens after I make a report?

Reports are received through the secure SpeakUp platform and assessed in accordance with Jord’s applicable policies and procedures. Where appropriate, matters may be investigated by authorised personnel, with appropriate confidentiality maintained throughout the process.

If you submit a report anonymously, please retain your report reference details so that you can access the platform and respond to any follow-up questions or receive updates.
