Our leadership team in Malaysia recently participated in a three day Working Together Program focused on strengthening leadership and team effectiveness.

Delivered by Scott Forrester and Roderick Barnett from Salient Consultancy and joined by Jord International’s Head of People and Culture, Erin Collins, the sessions created a highly interactive environment where leaders could challenge themselves and further support team alignment and cohesion.

For Jord International, initiatives like this play an important role in delivering our Mach III strategy by strengthening a high achieving culture, while continuing to invest in learning and development across the business.

Programs like Working Together help build leadership capability and ensure our leaders are aligned in how we work, how we support our teams, and how we consistently deliver value for our customers.

A key part of the program also reinforced Jord’s Mach III strategic goal of Zero Harm for our people, aligning closely with the important safety work currently underway at our Rasa facility.
