The project team successfully met an ambitious task of having the topside modules FAS (free alongside its fabrication shipyard wharf) within 11 months of award. To achieve this, an accelerated component procurement schedule was maintained concurrent to a tightly scripted and staged detailed design program.

This project involved 2,000 tons of topside modules for an existing Jack-Up Rig destined for PEMEX.  The topsides were designed to support the process equipment and utilities required to deliver condensate and drive 5x13MW gas turbines.  This involved inlet separation, custody gas and condensate metering, gas compression cooling, fuel gas treatment a HP/LP flare stack, flare seal drum and all associated utilities and control systems.
