For the first, for a conventional fixed platform being developed by Chevron in the Gulf of Thailand, was designed to deliver 27,000 BPSD of condensate for sales export. Careful design attention was paid to optimising the design, by minimising reboiler duty, maintaining stable system hydraulics, adequately handling well mud fines, regulating weir loading and avoiding column flooding.  The size of the package and the nature of the platform prevented delivery in modular form, so it was stick built at the shipyard, the old fashioned way.

The second  project – for an Indian Floating Production, Storage and Offloading (FPSO) application – was considerably smaller, at 2,400 BPSD.  Design considerations here were more about plotspace and speed.  There was precious little space on the ship to work with and delivery was required in a hurry.  The solution was a 50 ton single lift module, fully tested and ABS certified in the workshop, delivered in just 7 months.
