Celebrating Jord’s latest Quarterly Can Do Award winners

Now in its 19th year, the Can Do Award program continues to recognise the people who go above and beyond. A standout moment: for the first time ever, a single individual received two nominations in the same quarter. Mani Periyathambi was recognised for his consistently proactive mindset and willingness to step outside his defined role to keep complex equipment delivery projects on track and ahead of schedule. An incredible achievement that sets a new benchmark.

Pooja Patil was acknowledged for her outstanding support on a major international energy project. As a graduate Document Controller, she demonstrated exceptional responsiveness, reliability, and professionalism, playing a key role in maintaining momentum during critical project phases.

Chin Soon Fatt and Dylon Jopesh were recognised for their seamless coordination on a large-scale logistics and delivery project. Their collaborative, transparent approach, bringing together multiple stakeholders, ensured the successful mobilisation and execution of a highly complex operation.

Matt Bird and Jonathan Whittlesea were celebrated for their work in developing innovative and compelling process plant proposals. By coordinating cross-disciplinary, global teams, they are keeping Jord strong with customers and setting opportunities for success.

A huge congratulations to all our winners. Your initiative, teamwork, and commitment embody what ‘Can Do’ truly means.
