The platform had severe limitations on available plot space and the U‐stamp vessel limited the modifications that could be done without removal from the platform.

Jord undertook a full design and performance assessment and designed a solution that an existing nozzle and the sand jetting system to support a spray panel in front of the vane pack to spray solvent onto the vane to soften and remove the wax.

The interruption to production and performance was resolved enabling the platform to maintain the required production rate and capital cost was minimized through design of a solution that overcame the significant constraints of plot space, and utilized the existing vessel.
