Jord contributes a percentage of group profit each year to this fund. $2.6 million has been raised to date of which over $1 million has been distributed. Our people also spend significant time in the field, providing pro-bono support to four strategic partners to date: Bush Heritage Australia (for environmental regeneration), Conservation International (for marine park establishment in Indonesia), SurfAid (for community infrastructure), and the Red Cross (for disaster relief).
Celebrating 10 Years of Jord and Bush Heritage Australia
2025 marks a truly special milestone; the 10th Anniversary of the collaboration between Bush Heritage Australia and Jord.
What began as a seed of an idea has grown into a defining part of our culture and our commitment to leaving a positive footprint on the world. Over the past decade, Jord teams from 15 offices across eight countries have contributed more than 5,000 hours of pro-bono work, delivered over $1 million in conservation projects, and created lifelong memories working alongside the incredible Bush Heritage team.
From solar and clean water installations to on-the-ground conservation tasks like fence pulling, weed extraction, marsupial trapping and feral monitoring, every trip has deepened our connection to Australia’s unique biodiversity and strengthened our belief in the power of hands-on environmental stewardship.
